Tell us about your business, what products or services you offer and what industries to you serve?
GA-W: We produce fresh fruit juices and offer both indoor and outdoor catering services.
Please tell us what being a business owner means to you and why did you choose to become an entrepreneur?
GA-W: being a business owner means I am able to meet people’s needs. I chose to become an Entrepreneur because I enjoy serving people, making sure my product brings satisfaction to my customers and lastly to make profit.
What or who has been your greatest inspiration in business and why?
GA-W: I have always being involved in one kind of business or the other. Doing business for me is inbuilt. I motivate myself so nothing or no one is actually my source of inspiration as far as business is concerned.
What would you say is your greatest accomplishment so far?
GA-W: I have been able to provide healthier varieties of food, wellness juices and smoothies for my customers and I make them readily available to them as I supply them right in their offices/homes.
What’s the best advice you have received in business that you wish to pass on to our readers?
GA-W: ‘To continue against all odds’.
What has been the most effective offline and online marketing tactics or programs you have used in promoting your business?
GA-W: BBM, Door-to Door Marketing, Referrals.
Can you tell me about a time when you almost gave up, how you felt about that, and what you did instead of giving up?
GA-W: I almost gave up when I first started when I lost all my drinks due to irregular power supply. I felt terrible and angry. I got over it and started using ice coolers while I saved up for a bigger generator.
What one lesson have you learned as a business owner that has served you well over the years?
GA-W: Be honest with your customers. Start a business you truly understand and have interest in.
Are there any resources or tools you’d like to share with other business owners that have helped you run your business?
GA-W: I have a mind-set of “my business must continue”.
Tell us about your new/recent projects or if you have just reached a milestone?
GA-W: I have been getting invitations to cater for huge weddings and other social events and I know all these projects will take my business to the next level very soon.
What is the numero-uno business goal you plan to accomplish over the next year?
GA-W: To be the preferred source for healthy foods, wellness juices and smoothies in Lagos, Nigeria.
What do you do for fun/relaxation?
GA-W: Sleep, Cook, Play with my children

GA-W: ‘From grass to grace’

GA-W: Be yourself. Don’t try to be someone else. Everyone is unique in their own way. Also, know that there is always something out there to be done and achieved, no matter how little. Continue to build and watch it grow.
